Studio Etiquette


  • Please arrive 10 mins before class starts. Door will be locked when class starts.
  • Come well hydrated and eat a light meal 2-3 hours prior to your practice
  • Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement or your freedom to breathe.
  • Be sure to advise your teacher before class if you are new (first 10 classes), have an injury/medical condition or are pregnant.
  • Please keep your voices low in the center as classes may be in session.
  • Please turn off your phones.
  • Please avoid wearing perfume or scents.
  • Studio gets warm. Please bring a small towel or yoga towels to cover the mat to avoid it gets slippery from the sweat.
  • Please place all the props gently and be mindful of other students need for quietness.
