Community / sample class is coming!

7:00-8:15pm on May 22 – Yoga Stretch for Pain Relief
It’s complimentary. This class will be focus on neck, shoulders, back and hips stretching. Those are the areas that most of us will have pain, tightness or tension.We will use different props including ball,dowel,brick and bolster to help you experience much deeper stretch especially the use of wooden dowel is to help release and rehydrate our tight connective tissue.
